Q. How do I join your guild?
A.
'Whisper' any Founder or the Guild Master in game. These characters include Parotheadesq (GM), Squeeke, and Gornothopter. You must be over 18 years of age to become a guild member.

Q. What are your guild ranks and what do they mean?
A.
Initiate- starting rank. This rank is a trial period for both the new member and the guild to see if we are a good fit for each other. After one month of being an initiate you will automatically be promoted to Member. The guild roster is reviewed and these promotions take place on Sunday. (able to see and speak in guild chat)
Member- a member who has made it past the one month trial period. (able to see and speak in guild chat, create guild events on the cal.)
Veteran- Members with us more than 6 months and are active players that have shown an interest in the guild and guild activities as determined by the officers and above. This promotion is at the discretion of the guild leaders. (able to see and speak in guild chat, edit public notes, invite to the guild, create guild events on the cal.)
Officer- Officers are a limited number of people that have been with us at least 9 months and actively play several days a week. They are willing to take on other job duties and are trusted to run the guild in the event of the founders absence. Officers are helpful and/or responsive when people have questions/concerns and are guild oriented. An Officer always represents our guild in the best possible way within the World of Warcraft through their actions and chat. This promotion is a collective decision and is at the discretion of the guild leaders. (can invite, edit public notes, promote up to the rank of Veteran, create guild events on the cal., view and edit officer notes, edit MOTD, kick members in extreme cases, and participate in making decisions that affect the guild through 'officerchat', and the forum)

Q. How do I get promoted?
A.
Members get promoted through staying with us for a particular period of time and being active and helpful to fellow guildies. As you prove deserving your character may be promoted at the discretion of the officers and founders.

Q. If I choose to leave the guild and come back do I automatically get my old rank back?
A.
No. If you choose to leave our guild and then come back you need to earn your rank back the same way you earned it in the first place. It actually may be harder to earn your rank back the second time because you have proven to not be trustworthy.

Q. What are your guild rules?
A.
No Begging- this means for money, items, or anything else. AAS uses the in game guild vault feature. All members can withdrawal a set amount of items and money every day. The higher your rank the more you are able to withdrawal daily.
No Snide Comments- our guild is designed to be a social guild that helps in all aspects of the game. We have members that are brand new players and we want to help them however we can. Remember you were a new player once as well.
Be Helpful- This can be as simple as answering guildies questions in the guild chat, or by helping guildies quest or grouping for dungeons and raids.
When grouping with fellow guildies- don't be a Ninja.
Within the World of Warcraft- always represent Azeroth Adult Swim in the best possible way you can with both your actions and chat.
Just be Nice

Q. What are your guild vault rules and privileges?
A.
Items- are only to be withdrawn if you are able to use them at the time of withdrawal

Q. How does AAS raid?
A.
Raids are scheduled, managed and run by our raid officers. All questions regarding raids should be directed to them.

Q. What could get me demoted or kicked from the guild?
A.
Acting in a way that the Officers and Founders discuss and decide was not appropriate and necessary of action being taken.
This could include but is not limited to: breaking any of the guild rules (begging for money/items/runs, being rude to other members, being a loot Ninja, representing the guild in a negative way within the World of Warcraft), not respecting others game time if they are busy and can not always help you, acting or speaking in a way that is not appropriate for our age requirement, lying about important facts such as your age, not asking the appropriate questions before inviting a member (veterans + only), taking advantage of other members, taking advantage of the guild bank (always taking items and never contributing, taking rares to sell and not to use, taking items for non guild members), letting someone else play your character and they act inappropriately (you are responsible for your characters actions and will be held accountable for everything it does) etc.

Q. If I am going to be demoted or kicked from the guild will I be warned?
A.
That depends on the severity of your actions and is at the discretion of the Officer/Founder that is demoting or kicking you.

Q. If I have been demoted or kicked can things go back to the way they were?
A.
If you have been demoted you will still have the opportunity to earn rank. If you have been kicked from the guild you will not be allowed back in.
