Although AAS does not have a full guild group leveled and ready to run raids we do have quite a few 80's anxious to go. If you are one of those level 80's that can't wait to start raiding talk to Parotheadesq and he will start putting together groups and pugging who is needed after the new year. The more people he knows want to go the easier it will be for him to acquire the other people he needs to make a balanced group.

Attention all AAS members that want to level together. Meet in the Tundra starting area for some leveling fun!

This coming weekend we will see a full guild overhaul much like the one we did back in March! We thought with how much fun it was to change everything up before, we should do it again for the expansion.
Some of the new things you will see are:
new ranks including rank names and abilities
a guild site makeover with a whole new look and possibly new site features!
Also there will be the announcement of new guild contests and events!
We may even change the tabard again just to give the guild a fully fresh look but thought all of you AAS members should have a say in that one. If you want to cast your vote as to wether or not we should change the tabard you all have to make sure to visit the site again next weekend to participate.
Of course you will also want to check out the sites new look and read the verified changes for the guild when you are here ;)!

We still do not have 2 full raid teams (or at least according to who stated they wanted to be a part of one). So far the only people who have stated they want to raid and for which team are...

AAS now has DKP set up for 25 man raids. November aka Tanker (and about 100 other characters ;))is in charge of importing and tracking all drops that AAS members receive during our 25 man raids and each members earned/spent points.
I know some people were afraid that people would be earning points during 10 man raids to use for T4 in Gruul's but this is not the case. We are only using DKP for 25 man raids and members will only be able to earn DKP during 25 man raids.
This is an very exciting place for AAS to be with our raiding... we are really progressing as a guild! Check out the DKP page. (notice the link in the Nav Menu <--- for future visits)

Congratulations to everyone that was a part of AAS taking down High King Mauglar. It was so awesome that we got it together and were successful. That fight is not easy and everyone worked it, got the pulls perfect and we kicked some butt. Extra congratulations to Mandi, Peegee, and Lachuga for being the first 3 guildies to receive their T4 shoulders from our guild run!!!

Hello everyone! It is an exciting patch day (not that I have been able to get in the game all day) so of course as always this means all our add ons will inevitably be broken when we get into the wonderful world of warcraft. But never fear if you use the guilds uniuploader (found on the downloads page) because all the add ons with in the uploader have been updated as of 6:00 PM est today. So go ahead and hit that sync button and watch all your work be done for you without having to search and grab all your add ons.

And remember as always if there is an addon you cant live without and you want added to the uploader just post it in the forum board for the uniuploader.

congratulations to everyone involved in AAS taking down the dragons in Kara tonight that was quite an accomplishment!!

For quite some time AAS has had a guild alliance with Legions of the Abyss. We have run dungeons and raids together and streamlined our communication with a guild alliance mod. Well now no mod is necessary to communicate with many awesome LotA members because they have decided to join forces with us. After a few weeks of finger crossing on my part many members of LotA joined AAS last night. Please make them feel welcome. We are very happy to have you LotA and welcome to AAS!
